Hippocrates, who recommended that everyone walk after dinner, said that people are healthy when exercise and food are perfectly balanced. When the balance is off, people become ill. The guy in the toga may be long gone, but his ideas hold true.

Paperweight Relay

On your desk, find the heaviest object that you can hold in one hand. Lift it high over your head. Lean forward on your ball, keeping your back neutral. Reach out through the top of your head. PAC it in. Lower your hands, then pass the object from one hand to the other behind your back, keeping your arms straight. Then again reach over your head. Make big circles over your head and behind your back. Repeat ten times in each direction.
